Flow Long/Short Triggers for Sierra Chart

Logic & Methodology

• Flow Long: Detects areas where buying pressure emerges at specific price levels, based on BVAP/AVAP ratios exceeding a configurable threshold, optionally filtered by ADX trend strength and trading session time. Signals a potential upward micro-move.
• Flow Short: Detects areas where selling pressure emerges at specific price levels, based on AVAP/BVAP ratios exceeding a configurable threshold, optionally filtered by ADX trend strength and trading session time. Signals a potential downward micro-move.

Optional ADX and time filters refine signal quality by considering trend strength and active trading hours.

These signals are intended to provide micro-reversal insight based purely on market flow, without repainting or reliance on external levels.

Installation

1. Receive the .dll file after purchase.
2. Copy it into Sierra Chart → Data folder.
3. Open Sierra Chart → Analysis → Studies → Add Custom Study.
4. Select Flow Triggers and configure thresholds, colors, arrow offset, and alert sounds.
